I often work with creative people. I enjoy helping artists, designers, scientists, and technically creative people to develop their potential or overcome creative blocks. Together, we work on emotional stress, fears, or excessive perfectionism to unleash your creative potential.

Self-reflection
Artistic creativity places particularly high demands on self-reflection:

“What do I want to express artistically?”
“What does this have to do with me?”
“How can I overcome fears when I want to reveal myself and my inner self?”
I am happy to be your contact person and accompany you on your journey to your inner worlds of imagination. Sometimes artists are concerned that psychological processing could undermine their artistic expression—in my experience, there are changes that usually lead to greater depth and connection with one’s own art. My goal is always to enable the greatest possible freedom for my clients; then new paths, goals, and motivations can be found.

Stage fright

Performances and especially entrance exams or auditions pose great challenges for many people. Maximum performance (cognitive, emotional, or physical) must be delivered with precision, and “failure” is perceived as threatening and frightening. I am happy to help you reduce your overexcitement and use the adrenaline rush productively. Turn your perceived weakness into a strength and learn a new way of dealing with these challenges.

Structure and creativity

Experience shows that creativity unfolds most easily when the environment and daily routine are orderly and structured—then the brain has enough free capacity for demanding creative processes. I am happy to help you sort, structure, and make space to give your creativity free rein.
